Estos materiales se seleccionan por su gran pureza y estabilidad estructural.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 celulosa?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">La celulosa es un pol\u00edmero de carbohidratos que se encuentra en las paredes celulares de las plantas. Alcalinizaci\u00f3n<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">El primer paso del proceso de producci\u00f3n es la alcalinizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p class=\"p4\">-La celulosa se trata con <b>hidr\u00f3xido de sodio (NaOH)<\/b>normalmente en una concentraci\u00f3n de 50%.<\/p><p class=\"p4\">-Este paso interrumpe el enlace de hidr\u00f3geno en la celulosa, causando hinchaz\u00f3n y p\u00e9rdida de cristalinidad. Este es un paso cr\u00edtico en el que se consiguen las propiedades \u00fanicas de la HPMC.<\/p><p class=\"p4\">-<b>Reactivos utilizados<\/b>: Cloruro de metilo (CH3Cl) y \u00f3xido de propileno (C3H6O).<\/p><p class=\"p4\">-La celulosa alcalina reacciona con el cloruro de metilo para formar <b>metilcelulosa (MC)<\/b>. A continuaci\u00f3n se a\u00f1ade \u00f3xido de propileno para introducir <b>grupos hidroxipropilo<\/b>, dando lugar a la hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa (HPMC).<\/p><p class=\"p3\">La reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica puede resumirse as\u00ed:<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"> |texto{Celulosa + NaOH + CH3Cl + C3H6O \u2192 HPMC + Subproductos (por ejemplo, sal)} <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Este proceso suele realizarse en condiciones de temperatura y presi\u00f3n cuidadosamente controladas para garantizar los niveles de sustituci\u00f3n deseados.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3c9d2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3c9d2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><b>4.
