La viscosidad de HPMC no s\u00f3lo afecta al rendimiento de construcci\u00f3n del mortero de cemento, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene un impacto significativo en sus propiedades f\u00edsicas despu\u00e9s del endurecimiento. La selecci\u00f3n de HPMC de alta calidad con una viscosidad adecuada puede controlar la fluidez, la tixotrop\u00eda y la cohesi\u00f3n del mortero, afectando as\u00ed al proceso de endurecimiento y a la resistencia final del mortero.
